CJI is not responsible for damages at the hands of careless postal workers. Please report damages to your local post office customer service representative.
Lost & Misdirected Packages
CJI is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. However, we will assist you as much as possible to help recover your items. Please be patient. The package more than likely is delayed due to international customs screenings which we (CJI) do not have any control over.
The post office will not investigate your case until 1 month after the shipping date. Your package must be missing for a full month before an investigation on their behalf takes place.
CJI will pay the investigation fees as an act of good faith. It is our desire to establish and maintain good relations with all customers. If in fact your package is lost, the post - not CJI - will handle the case.
